But currently disappointed we haven't had our vehicle for two months and already the service engine light went on. I currently tried messaging our salesman (Adam)for help and no answer and spoke to the manager of the concern and service for vehicles aren't a plus through the weekend so was told I had to wait till Monday. I just don't understand how you can sale someone a Hyundai palisade 2022 without even making sure the vehicle is reliable and y'all have the equipment for that. I feel like we got burned in this sale because we barley made the first payment and haven't had the vehicle for six months. So please make sure if your getting a used vehicle or vehicle that's pre certified make sure it's in great condition because their diagnostic charge is ridiculous and I can't imagine anything else for parts and stuff. ”

I went to the north location to purchase a new 2025 car on 2/14/2026. While signing the paperwork it showed the warranty started 12/1/2025 more that 2 months before the time of purchase. I was told at that point that the vehicle was marked sold at the end of 2025. But also that I was the first owner and that it was a new car, never sold. They are either committing tax fraud or selling used cars as new. ”

When I arrived, I clearly communicated the issue with my vehicle and identified the specific part that needed to be replaced. Despite providing this information upfront, it took three full business days for your team to diagnose the issue—only to confirm that it was exactly what I had originally stated. While I understand that diagnostic procedures must be followed, the extended delay was unnecessary and compounded by a lack of communication. At no point was I proactively updated on the status of my vehicle; I had to initiate contact myself to receive information. As a direct result of the delay, I was forced to rent a vehicle for six days. This created an additional financial burden on top of the service costs—expenses that could have been significantly reduced had the repair been handled more efficiently. Additionally, I was not provided the military discount that I was eligible for, which was disappointing given my service and the expectation that this benefit would be honored. Between the prolonged diagnosis, lack of communication, and added rental expenses, this experience has fallen well below acceptable standards. For these reasons, I will not be returning to this location for future service needs. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not encounter similar issues. ”
“ First off, I want to say the sales person, Eulia, was very kind. No issues with her. Now, my husband and I live in Round Rock, 2.5 hrs away. We saw a 2021 Z71 Tahoe online. The pictures were not the best, so my husband asked if they would send him a video of the vehicle, asked if there was any damage to the vehicle or any mechanical issues, WHICH THEY SAID NO, AND if we could hear it running...video had NO SOUND! Well, the vehicle looked almost perfect, no dings or anything, interior looked in great condition....long story, short....after drIving 2.5 hours....THERE WAS EXTERIOR DAMAGE, THAT WAS NOT SHOWN IN THE VIDEO, AND AS SOON AS MY HUSBAND TRIED TO SIMPLY MOVE OUT OF THE PARKING SPACE...IT MADE SO MUCH NOISE, WOBBLED AND BOUNCED...THERE WAS NO WAY THEY SERVICED IT, LIKE THEY SAID, OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT! My husband and I got out of the Tahoe and straight to our vehicle to leave. The manager came out, looked as if HE WAS UPSET AND PUT OUT, got in the Tahoe, as we watched him TRY to pull out of the parking space, the front end bounced so much it was crazy! ”
