These components are meant to maintain their integrity in temperatures below 45 degrees, and have deep siping that provides ideal traction when the roads are slippery. They should not be used when the temps rise above the stipulated number, as this compromises the tires’ functionality come next winter trip. 

Summer

Our salesman was great and polite the process went well even though it was very long to find something that was suitable for our growing family. But currently disappointed we haven't had our vehicle for two months and already the service engine light went on. I currently tried messaging our salesman (Adam)for help and no answer and spoke to the manager of the concern and service for vehicles aren't a plus through the weekend so was told I had to wait till Monday. I just don't understand how you can sale someone a Hyundai palisade 2022 without even making sure the vehicle is reliable and y'all have the equipment for that. I feel like we got burned in this sale because we barley made the first payment and haven't had the vehicle for six months. So please make sure if your getting a used vehicle or vehicle that's pre certified make sure it's in great condition because their diagnostic charge is ridiculous and I can't imagine anything else for parts and stuff.

I was told by this location that they engage in the same practice as their north location when handling warranty on new cars for the previous year model. I went to the north location to purchase a new 2025 car on 2/14/2026. While signing the paperwork it showed the warranty started 12/1/2025 more that 2 months before the time of purchase. I was told at that point that the vehicle was marked sold at the end of 2025. But also that I was the first owner and that it was a new car, never sold. They are either committing tax fraud or selling used cars as new.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at your location. When I arrived, I clearly communicated the issue with my vehicle and identified the specific part that needed to be replaced. Despite providing this information upfront, it took three full business days for your team to diagnose the issue—only to confirm that it was exactly what I had originally stated. While I understand that diagnostic procedures must be followed, the extended delay was unnecessary and compounded by a lack of communication. At no point was I proactively updated on the status of my vehicle; I had to initiate contact myself to receive information. As a direct result of the delay, I was forced to rent a vehicle for six days. This created an additional financial burden on top of the service costs—expenses that could have been significantly reduced had the repair been handled more efficiently. Additionally, I was not provided the military discount that I was eligible for, which was disappointing given my service and the expectation that this benefit would be honored. Between the prolonged diagnosis, lack of communication, and added rental expenses, this experience has fallen well below acceptable standards. For these reasons, I will not be returning to this location for future service needs. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not encounter similar issues.

First off, I want to say the sales person, Eulia, was very kind. No issues with her. Now, my husband and I live in Round Rock, 2.5 hrs away. We saw a 2021 Z71 Tahoe online. The pictures were not the best, so my husband asked if they would send him a video of the vehicle, asked if there was any damage to the vehicle or any mechanical issues, WHICH THEY SAID NO, AND if we could hear it running...video had NO SOUND! Well, the vehicle looked almost perfect, no dings or anything, interior looked in great condition....long story, short....after drIving 2.5 hours....THERE WAS EXTERIOR DAMAGE, THAT WAS NOT SHOWN IN THE VIDEO, AND AS SOON AS MY HUSBAND TRIED TO SIMPLY MOVE OUT OF THE PARKING SPACE...IT MADE SO MUCH NOISE, WOBBLED AND BOUNCED...THERE WAS NO WAY THEY SERVICED IT, LIKE THEY SAID, OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT! My husband and I got out of the Tahoe and straight to our vehicle to leave. The manager came out, looked as if HE WAS UPSET AND PUT OUT, got in the Tahoe, as we watched him TRY to pull out of the parking space, the front end bounced so much it was crazy!

That the window tint was supposed to be factory window tint only, per our discussion. $800, TO ADD TINT. I DON'T CARE WHAT KIND OF TINT.IT WAS, STILL WASN'T EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS WORTHY. Or requested. And I doubt they put it on . I am still upset this fell through. Communication was out of control and General Manager was extremely rude when speaking to me on Christmas Eve. He said to me Its Christmas eve and I dont want to (tick) him off or make him in a bad mood. I received more messages from World Car. Asked them to Please remove my name from their distribution list. **MILITARY BUYERS BEWARE** I have had a horrific sales experience from World Car since purchasing my 2025 Santa Fe Limited Hybrid. Following service experiences (or lack there of) from multiple other locations has been disappointing to say the least. The car is beautiful, however my salesman did not follow prior agreed upon plans on the day of delivery. What was supposed to be a quick process left me unattended in the dealership for HOURS. My vehicle, which was already on site, still had all the plastic on, cross rails were in boxes in the cargo area, there were no floor mats. Two months later after experiencing a flat tire, I realize that there is no tire mobility kit as per the bill of sale. There was also no alternative install (ie spare tire). Bluelink+ has been completely ineffective. I have called Servicelink and Bluelink three times, each resulting in no assistance or action. While I am stranded in Montgomery AL, I was told I would have to return to San Antonio, the selling dealership, to obtain the tire mobility kit. Service departments in multiple different locations (San Antonio, Del Rio, Montgomery AL) work very limited hours which do not support professionals or those adhering to a robust AD military lifestyle. Additionally, Hyundai wants you to choose a "preferred" service department. It is near impossible to get a service appt at other locations. At 3K miles, my car began warning me that I needed service. My preferred dealership in Del Rio couldn't get me in prior to departing for my TDY to Montgomery. Since the dealership in Montgomery wasn't my preferred dealership, they said they couldn't get me in for 1.5 months. I will say, the vehicle is beautiful and frequently complimented. The gas conservation is notable. I fully understand that the flat tire is my own doing, but the pattern of non-existent support from sales specifically at World Car all the way to service across the country detracts from the experience and value. This brand of vehicle is not a good choice for military families (or professionals) that frequently have to travel for work.
